SATISFACTION PROGRAM

W.H. Perron is committed to providing you with healthy, vigorous seeds that meets your needs and expectations. All seeds in the W.H. Perron catalogue meet or exceed Canada #1 standards.   To ensure superior quality seeds, we regularly perform germination tests.
It is important to remember that successful gardening depends largely on conditions beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY

You have a period of six (6) months, from the date of delivery, to return an explanatory note with the original invoice. We will refund the full amount of the returned item.

STRAWBERRY PLANT PLUGS, POTATOES and ONIONS

You have three (3) months from the date of your reception of the product, to notify us, that the product is not to your satisfaction.

BIENNIAL, PERENNIAL and MARIE-VICTORIN SEEDS

You have six (6) months from the date of your reception of the product, to notify us, that the product is not to your satisfaction.
Our warranty program applies only if you ordered seeds whose hardiness zone is equal to or lower than your own.

ANNUALS and VEGETABLE SEEDS

You have six (6) months from the date you receive the product to notify us in writing of any dissatisfaction.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued as the primary course of action.
In exceptional circumstances, and without prejudice, a complimentary replacement may be considered upon request.

ACCESSORIES

You have thirty (30) days to notify W.H. Perron of any damaged or non-functional accessory in order to obtain a full refund or credit note.
After 30 days, the damaged accessory must be returned to the manufacturer, according to the terms of its warranty.
