Green Thumb
Cultural practices : soak the seeds in water 48 hours before planting. The first year, sow seeds directly in the garden between mid-May and late May.
Soil : especially like sandy soils, which will heat up quickly. But they can be satisfied with a more classic floor. In any case, avoid cold, wet soil.
Spacing : 80 cm on the row and 1.8 to 2 m between the rows.
Growing tips : the second year, harvest the claws and place them in their final place. You will start your harvest in the third year. This plant has a life expectancy of 8 to 20 years.
Harvest : the shoots are harvested using a gouge to fetch them delicately and deep in the ground.
